Welcome to Pup Pro Connect! By enrolling in the Unlimited Lifetime Training Program, you agree to the following terms and understand the scope of services provided through this offering.

The Unlimited Lifetime Training Program provides ongoing virtual training and behavioral support for the lifetime of your dog. This program is designed to offer owners long-term access to experienced trainers and proven strategies to build a strong foundation of obedience, structure, and communication with their dog—starting from day one.

🐾 Please Note: This training coverage applies only to the individual dog for whom the program was originally purchased. It is not transferable to other dogs, owners, or households.

Clients receive unlimited virtual training sessions and guidance focused on the core areas of early development and basic obedience, including:

• ✅ Housebreaking / Potty Training
• ✅ Pack Structuring for Puppies
• ✅ Teething & Chewing Redirection
• ✅ Marker Training (developing communication using “Yes” and “No” markers)
• ✅ Introducing Your Pup to Family Members (humans and other pets)
• ✅ Beginning Socialization Work (low-distraction exposure and confidence building)
• ✅ Basic Commands:
  
  • Sit
  • Down
  • Low-Distraction Stay

Support is provided virtually through the Pup Pro Connect App, where users can:

• Book live video training sessions with professional trainers
• Access educational articles and tips
• Use the Speak feature for real-time support
• Track training milestones and progress

This program is intended for basic behavioral development and foundational training. It does not include:

• Advanced obedience or working/service dog completion
• In-person training services
• Rehabilitation for aggressive or dangerous behavior

If your dog’s needs fall outside this scope, our team may recommend additional services or professionals on our team to assist.

Pup Pro Connect offers Service Dog Certification and Service Dog-in-Training Documentation for unlimited lifetime basic clients who are working toward or maintaining their dog’s role as a service animal. Our program is designed to provide a strong foundation of training and professional support for those beginning the service dog journey or seeking credible documentation.

Clients may receive:

• 🐾 Official Service Dog Identification (upon trainer approval)
• 🐾 Service Dog-in-Training Letters and documentation
• 🐾 Training confirmation emails and progress records
• 🐾 Access to professional trainers who can serve as expert witnesses when needed

Please Note:
This program does not include advanced service dog training in specific disciplines such as medical alert, mobility assistance, PTSD response, seizure detection, etc.

 our goal is to help owners establish the foundational behaviors and obedience required to begin that work, including:

• Public manners
• Handler focus
• Basic commands
• Social exposure and desensitization

Any client pursuing task-specific training should expect to seek additional instruction or support beyond what is covered in the Unlimited Lifetime  Basic Training Program.

While it is possible to have Pup Pro Connect trainers serve as expert witnesses or provide professional evaluations in legal settings, the use of such services is optional and case-dependent.

All training results vary, and participation in the program does not imply any legal certification, guarantee of behavior, or responsibility on behalf of Pup Pro Connect or its affiliates.
